Westside Steading is approximately 30 minutes from Aberdeen and only 20 minutes from the airport. Inverurie is a large town with good amenities and is 20 minutes away. There are bus links from the airport and train station which take you to within 1 mile of the steading. Collection can be arranged at certain times.

Location Directions

From Aberdeen, the house can be found by following the A944 via Westhill or from the A96 towards Inverness.

Westhill Route:

Leave Aberdeen via Westhill on the A944 towards Alford. After driving through the village of Millbank, travel a further 2 miles. As you enter Tillyfourie take the right turning (B993) marked Inverurie, Kemnay and Monymusk. Drive on round a couple of sharp bends and through the remaining houses of Tillyfourie . You then come to a sign pointing left up the hill which is marked Whitehills and Pitfichie forest cycle trails. (We are 3/4 of a mile from here). Take this turning and follow the road up the hill and past the forest entrance (on your left). Carry on down the hill and round a sharp right bend. The house is on your left as you go back up another hill.

A96 Route:

Leave Aberdeen on the A96 towards Inverness. Approximately 8 miles from the edge of Aberdeen, you will reach a roundabout signposted for Dunecht and Kemnay, take the 3rd exit and carry on following signs for Kemnay. Drive through the village towards Monymusk for approximately 5 miles. Pass the entrance for Monymusk and carry on driving for 2 miles when you will come to a sign pointing right up the hill which is marked Whitehills and Pitfichie forest cycle trails. (We are 3/4 of a mile from here). Take this turning and follow the road up the hill and past the forest entrance (on your left). Carry on down the hill and round a sharp right bend. The house is on your left as you go back up another hill.
